Your snide comments make it hard to see any point you are trying to make :L Don't passively aggressively make people appear to be stupid, 'Why don't you know about the weight of food, portion size? ', don't call people 'pigs', think about your rhetoric and people might not react negatively to you.
There's no point in trying to argue who is healthiest since there will never be any evidence of that on an internet forum. What actually comes through in comments is a very biased account of your personality, which while 99% of the time may be in-factual and irrelevant I still care more about it than your weight. Why? Because I know what someone weighs is irrelevant 100% of the time. Being fat doesn't hurt other people, throwing insults and making prejudice comments does.

Yum yum yum... written it down.... preparing for a shop in a few days. If my store isn't doing it I might cry (hehe) - last offer was not seen on any adverts, but they put up the ad (from a newspaper? no idea.. it was wrapped up) in the store in the corner. I had about 4 pizzas then, couldn't fit more in the freezer

This is a great deal, and I'll probably buy it. But come on, no wonder our country's obesity rate is so high. There is almost no real nutritional value in any of this food, but it's so cheap and accessible that it has become the de-facto standard for many families.

The average ready meal is 400g, so a bag of chips weighing 907g is going to be enough for 4 meals, as chips are a side. A big pizza is big enough for two people, and only fat people would eat an entire tub of ice cream by themselves. Why don't you know about the weight of food, portion size? No wonder we have a obesity problem in this country...
mantisinc
21 Feb 163#46
You're talking complete rubbish. I'm a large guy (6 ft 3, just under 14 stone), active, healthy and in the correct weight bracket. Athletic build if you like.
On an off day, I can easily eat a pizza and a tub of Ben and Jerrys, which is also 500ml. Firstly, a ready meal is not representative of the average meal someone would have, particularly if it's someone that works out. Secondly, people have "cheat" days.
I would imagine you're a little bit tubby, obsess your whole life of portion control and calorie counting, so feel the need to preach to others. Am I correct?

Great deal but Goodfellas pizzas are terrible. Saw ASDA doing the same deal last week but for £5 although it was for the Chicago town takeaway pizzas which are actually half decent

Ha ha, got to be on the wind up or on the road to obesity surely or maybe metabolism issues.
I'm 6ft 1, 13 stone, active too but never in my life have I felt the need to nail a whole tub of ice cream.
That's 10 scoops in the case and is 100% fat / 225% of Saturates/ 120% sugar intake of an average adult (8400kJ/2000kcal)...
That just the ice cream!
No I'm not obsessed with food labels and content infact rarely looked until read this!

'only fat people would eat an entire tub of icecream by themselves..'
im a size 8-10 an i can clear a whole tub of ice cream in half an hour or less.. whats with this food shaming. we all eat crap every now and then, it would be hard not to. id rather eat a tub in one night rather than half on a monday, half on a tuesday.. an feel bad for one day instead of two

22 Feb 16#64
I'd say it was a fast metabolism, but I have a couple of mates that can easily do the same. Again, fairly big lads but all in shape and work out.
A supermarket pizza and a tub of ice cream is probably not many more calories than a large stuffed crust dominos, which can easily be eaten...
Oh and also, just because you haven't "felt the need to nail a tub of ice cream" doesn't mean others can't or haven't

no idea...not checked online but in store they'd taken down the price thing for the combo. they had other offers in the place...there were pizzas there, and chips next to it..but not the offer chips. similar (same brand, but not this specific chip amount), and next to it was some other items that were mentioned on a offer price. I didn't risk taking pizza and finding the right chips and getting an ice cream. maybe others have better luck? my store is in shepherds bush
