Be aware this a dreadful set, its very cheap and other than the 2 karts there is zero Mario Kart theme to it. Is really just generic scaletrix tat. The cars frustratingly don't stay on the track and the play value is very low. Look up any deal thread in recent months on this type of set for these same comments from others. Kids lose interest after 1 hr and it never gets used again. I have this exact set in the garage. Takes up your whole living room to.
Your far better investing in the large scale RC themed Bowser/Mario/Luigi/Toad Karts, also made by Carrera. They are high quality and can be used outdoors, and generally more fun! (see Smyths website for these)
I take it your new to scalping? Good luck with that. This item is already flooded on ebay with loads of sellers looking for £24 - £30. Is easily picked up at these prices, and ebay will be flooded even more with this item from scalpers looking for a quick buck. The supply is high and the demand is low on this, its not really a desired product, and people only buy it when its cheap.

I have seen mixed reviews for this set but for £13.99 its worth taking a chance on its not big money to lose if it does turn out to be rubbish so I have just bought one for my son bday

I wouldn't lose too much sleep on missing out on this deal. I posted the twin pack of Carrera pull back MK cars on offer @ John Lewis a couple of days ago, but I refused to post this set as just don't rate it as any value for money, even at deal price.

I have one of these for the kids, takes around 30mins to set up 10 mins for them to get bored and 2 mins to take apart. Hard for little ones to keep them on the track and need a lot of space to keep up all the time.

I second this we brought it for our kids at Christmas its absolute garbage managed to play wit it for a few hours then its gone up the loft. The barriers to stop the cars coming off the road dont connect right, the elevation parts to prop up the fly over part keep falling down, the cars stop all the time and the road pieces kept disconnecting.
Honestly anyone considering buying this please dont its absolute rubbish.
