Just been to collect an order and noticed some of the £10 off £15 order leaflets on the counter, so I picked up a couple. They weren't there last week when I was picking up an order so I'm wondering if the promo has just started again? Each leaflet has a different code on the back and they expire on the 18th March 2016. It does day for your first online order (new customers only). Couldn't see any of the £25 off £50 cards this time.

Sorry if it's already been posted, I'm posting this from the car park outside of Next and not very good at searching on my phone :p

There isn't a code for £20 off a £50 spend, the code is for £20 off for you and a friend when you spend over £20 and your friend spends over £50.
Is that what you're looking for?

Or you can call customer service, they will ask you to place a new order for the size you want. You can then return the unwanted size and get the voucher amount credited back to the card. A bit of a hassle but they are really good and will call you themselves to do the credit if you request a call

yes the invoice states the full price (without the tenner taken off). someone else on here sent the goods back by post and they honoured the £10 code off their next order

Your friends might have returned something. If not then ring up customer service, request free call back they're usually quite good and given evidence I'm sure they'll credit your account with two lots of £20.

Other codes are £20 off for your account if you recommend and they spend £50 online. Just careful when you set up your new account.
You automatically register for the Next magazines subsciption which you get charged for.
Next customer service is good though and they cancelled mine and waived the cost :laughing:
