Been after one for my daughter but they've been floating around £30 for a while, saw this today.
My Friend Cayla is not just a doll, she's a real friend. Ask her all sorts of questions, from her likes and dislikes to general knowledge and sports results, and she'll tell you the answer! Sync her with an Android or iOS device via Bluetooth and she'll use speech-to-text technology to look up answers online and speak them back to you. There's a pre-defined list of 'bad words' and topics which Cayla will not talk about. Cayla can also play games, tell stories and discuss photos, when she's not helping with homework! Cayla has lovely hair to play with and is wearing a cool outfit. Requires 3 x AA batteries, not included. For ages 4 years up.
good price but didn't think much of the doll I paid £59 last Xmas only been used a handful of times and unable to understand what my 9 year old says.... good find though for those wanting one x x x

Great price. Bought one last year for the five year old niece and to be honest wasn't a great buy. Scary voice. Doesn't really do that much.

It's okay for this price in my opinion. That said, her voice is a tad scary (for me...).
A word of caution; this connects the app/software via bluetooth and if connected, will act as a speaker for your phone. If your child is playing with Cayla and you pop off to do some clandestine activity on your phone (say in the bathroom *cough*) - you and perhaps your child and anyone in the vicinity of the doll - will get a surprise... It will be scarier than Chucky for you, that's for sure.
I was looking for a doll like this. with really good price:p nice!

These dolls aren't great. They have been heavily reduced in price. my daughter had one & it was hopless. hope u have better luck but be prepared to return.
