Good deal if you take off the £40 - £50 you would pay for the Hue and lighting kit. Makes the Mobo around £80.

Never used them before, great deal though for someone doing a build and wants some decent lighting with flexibility.

I have had a terrible experience with these guys. Ordered an item but received a different version of it. They insisted that the item I received was the one I ordered, even after I gave them the invoice number for the original item purchase, until I showed them proof. It's been nearly a week now and there is still no response. Do not recommend.

I've recently ordered the MSI Z170A Gaming M5 with a free Cooler Master V8 cooler, Rainbow Six Siege and the MSI £20 cash back posted on here from this retailer.
Communication was prompt, they confirmed they had stock, delivered next day with all items accounted for. no problems at all in my experience.
Seen some mention that returns can be a problem but initially they have been great with my order.

First time I will have used them so innocent until proven guilty for me. They have confirmed they have stock and mine has been dispatched.

Because the poorly package motherboards.. they put them in a unpadded plastic bag with NOTHING else and no markings that it should be handles with care.. or was that just Me? -- But that is a great deal.

Ask your psychotherapist if you have one, otherwise I don't know why. Maybe you like pretty lights?

You don't. I'm all for motherboard deals that come with free games, coolers, headsets, mice etc but LED lights are all a bit ghetto IMHO.

What's all the hate for Box? Never had an issue, even when I needed to return some RAM.

I got my Box order today. Motherboard and cooler 'packed' into a grey plastic bag. Both boxes bashed and crumpled, but in fairness, from what I can see the actual contents don't look damaged. Still... I'd be very wary of buying expensive components from this retailer that for some reason has an aversion to using boxes.

Customer service from them is awful, in my experience hopeless even for stuff in warranty and appalling communication

I will live in a 5 min walk of box. Have looked round but not brought anything from them.
The farther in law brought a pc from them even though I could have built something better for him with water cooling, but oh well you can't help some people.

Honestly avoid this seller they delivered a cpu motherboard and v8 gts cooler in some plastic bag grey bag all the boxes were bashed and the motherboard was damaged still waiting for 3 days to get a reply from them. Ironically enough they are named box.co.uk and deliver everything in grey plastic bags.

Really struggling not to upgrade to Skylake with these prices... Sell the NZXT hue+ on eBay for £40 and you've essentially got your self a gaming 1151 motherboard for £80-90 which is insanely good compared to the budget 1151 motherboards!
Saying that, I still can't see any point in upgrading from my 2500k @ 4.4ghz, I wouldn't see any real world differences when it comes to the games or applications that I run (barely any these days) and I've long past the days of running benchmarks.
I'm really unsure what is going to make me upgrade... But it's getting closer.

just hold out until zen cpu's are released then intel will actually compete to make a new line of better cpu's worth upgrading too

I tried to hold on but I couldn't. My computer is incredibly outdated even though it still works perfectly fine. I figure that if I sell my current Motherboard, CPU & Ram and the NZXT HUE+ that I'll recoup about £200~ after fees. This means I've upgraded to the latest CPU/Motherboard/Ram for less than £200! I have no idea why I've done this though as my computer plays Hearthstone and browses the web, it doesn't do anything else! Oh well...

Just as an update - I purchased £500 worth of stuff from Box on Tuesday at around 2pm with next day delivery, they state that if you choose next day delivery before 5pm, you will receive it next day.
Wednesday arrived, no email update or tracking numbers, I phone up and apparently the "warehouse" missed my order on the Tuesday and will deliver it next day. Luckily I don't have time to work on my build until the weekend anyway so I'm not in a rush. I wonder if Box will refund me the next day delivery fee though.

Can you confirm how many LED strips you receive inside the HUE+ box? I love the look of the HUE+ but I'm not sure about personally using it. My tower is on the floor and I won't even be looking at it so it seems a pointless thing for me to use.
