Heat, MSI are really at the top of the game with motherboard at the moment. Beware the cooler is huge, big case required and standard sized ram.

Couple this with an i5 or 7 and M.2 NVMe Samsung SM951 SSD and this will be stupid fast. You'd be insane to use a SATA SSD on this unless you already have one and you're going to use it on this system.

I would advise anyone interested in buying this bundle to contact Box first to check if they really do have everything in stock. When I bought my Asus maximus viii ranger motherboard from them a couple of weeks ago which was supposed to be bundled with Asus gaming mouse they send me just the motherboard without checking with me first if I would still want the motherboard without the mouse. When I called them and ask for the mouse they said they don't have it in stock anymore even though on their website the bundle was still showing in stock and you could order it. I had to wait three weeks to get my refund and they still didn't refund my postage costs. They were a nightmare to deal with and I would be very very worried if you would have to RMA. Also ask them to post it into a proper package as mine arrived very poorly packaged. Check this listing to see what experiences other people had with them.

Shame its not the board with the lighting as i may have been tempted, my hearts saying upgrade my 4690k but my brains saying dont be stupid its not worth £400 for 5% performance increase. Im trying not to do it as i want to see what AMD's Zen CPU's and AM4 is like and if Intel will finally have some competition. If i can wait and AMD's new CPU is **** i might go for a Skylake -e build.

The Cashback Deal says to complete the form 30-60 days after purchase and the 'Action Period' ends on the 29th (less than 30 days away). Does this mean that you can't get the cashback on this item if bought now, or is the action period for the purchase, not the form?

I just called MSI promotions about this. They said the action period is just the purchase date. They will accept claims up till April. I sent an e-mail too for written confirmation but sounds fine.

The deal I don't know if its that great, I think the KRAIT might be a better deal? I've heard bad things about the killer lan on this vs intel on the krait £150(op) for the board. £20 off, £20 game so that's £110. Cooler you might get £30 for it(fine if you need the cooler too good deal but I dont. The KRAIT you can get for £110, £18 cashback £20 game.

think that was only december or january but if you buy through rakuten you will get quidco and rakuten points, i would check the feedback for box first as does'nt seem too good

Got an email confirming my cash back when i purchased my M7 at the end of December.

Just had mine delivered. Came in a grey plastic bag, despite the promises by Box staff that it would actually come in, you know, a box. (Quite ironic that a company named 'Box' seems to not actually have any boxes?) Anyway, haven't actually opened it up yet, but the bag is already ripped in a few places, so not too optimistic about what's inside. Already wishing I had steered clear of this one despite the good price.
