Not played this one but there's a similar game I think called Fastest Lap Racing Manager which is very good and worth a look, pretty sure there's a free version as well to see what it's like

Good fun and well worth 60p.. does get quite repetitive though once you've worked out a strategy and in to your 3rd or 4th season and as you'd expect from a mobile game, isn't very indepth
