Why bother when Google Play Books offers cloud storage as well. This will end up occupying space for nothing.

Night reading options on Moon Reader are a lot better. For the night owls, red/green text on a black page doesn't mess with your night vision, especially if you have an oled display. Plus it handles every ebook format you care to throw at it. Google I think just does mobi or epub without conversion, but don't quote me on that!

You probably won't find as many features specifically for comics as you would do with dedicated readers. I thought Perfect Viewer was a great cbr/cbz reader. If you're only reading comics I'd go for something like that. As I'm reading books, comics and pdf docs, Moon+ is perfect.

I've not purchased. Why? I sit long enough in front of a screen every day and have done for years. I like my PC, I like my Mac (yep, both!), I like my mobile, however, if I want to read a book, I read a REAL book! Makes me laugh, over 30 years ago they said the book was dead, and the paperless office was imminent.
What a f...... joke! More paper is used today than ever before and the old fashioned 'real' book is still printed in their billions.
The only benefit of reading books on a small screen is mobility of it. The downsides are usually crap fonts, illegibility, wrong spacing, too short a line length, I could go on. The big downside will be your eyesight. As one day you'll find out.

Your learned self seem to be in a lot of hurry to type in a rude reply with a meaningless analogy.
Google play books lets you store your personal books on the cloud for free(no deduction for books from the 15GB free storage allowance) and can be accessed from various devices. No need to copy all those books to your device. You can stop reading on the tablet and pick up from where you left on the PC or phone.
10p or free doesn't matter to most when there is a clever alternative available. All this app is going to do is sit on your phone storage and hog memory for itself and all the books that one ends up loading on the device. So...there is a reason why it is selling for 10p....simply because no one is buying.
Good luck reading news off the toilet roll.

I think both have their place - it's not a huge install and is regularly supported app ( Last Updated 19 January 2016 Size 8.4M ) so all you have space wise is the size of your library locally, plus how much processing does an e-reader use?
It states above: Open/Backup/Sync/Download/Upload book files via Dropbox/GDrive so you have more access than just google play books and can upload or download as necessary keeping space to a minimum. so I don't think its a memory or space hog at all, and for the features it has, 10p is an absolute no-brainer. 4.5 stars from over 80k reviews in the app store and over 1310  heat in here..... Sorry you don't see it for the deal it is. Perhaps you should give it a try?
