Different(ish) games, yes, but having purchased X (at launch), I would find it hard to justify owning both games in my Wii U collection. However, nice price IF it weren't for the FACT few (if any) orders will be fulfilled.

Yes - both actually. X for the Wii U, very recently, and Chronicles for the Wii - which (for me) is still the better of the two, but only just.

I already own X, I was wondering if it's worth also grabbing this too, especially as I've sunk a good 50 hours into X and most likely not even half way... is this game as good as X, or will it feel like a step backwards?

Just so people don't get confused, Monster Hunter and Xenoblade are two different JRPG's. The combat of Monster Hunter is similar to Dark Souls (thrusting, shooting and swinging attacks etc all manually performed as in you have to make your character do it all) whilst Xenoblade is similar to Final Fantasy real time combat (engage enemy, target lock, choose attack, help party etc).

I already have Monster Hunter Tri for Wii and I'm just wondering if I'll buy the game will I just play the same game but with additional missions / weapons or is it a new story?

I wonder just how many people have ordered this. Also how many copies Shopto have acquired and where from. I got an order in pretty early but as it still shows as available to order either Shopto have found a lot somewhere or the demand isn't that great?

Reminds me of a few years ago I ordered New Super Mario Bros U from Amazon they had it for like £10 on back order. Every time I emailed them over the coming months, they said there was stock problems, and three years later I get a email saying they can't get any copies of the game ...lol

funny thing is after they had it up for £10, they never sold the game again , only through third party sellers. I think they looked at the amount of people who ordered and knew they would lose money, so never bothered to honour it. I think the same thing is happening here with MH3U, it's either a cheap attempt to get people to the site, or they can't honour the deal. Everywhere else this game is like £35, I find it very strange they are still taking orders for this at £10, unless they have some deal with Nintendo, I don't know.

Anyone heard anything yet?
