I bought 3 black ones, but very disappointed with quality, as the collars have faded very badly, even though they have had very little wear. I've bought cheap ones before, but none have worn as badly as these.

I was annoyed for a few minutes. A few posts, yes. But, I think it is (under it all) a valid point. Rakuten is only a marketplace. It makes little effort to govern that marketplace. Today they instructed the seller to refund me. Instead the seller told me they would resend the order (the fourth time they say they have sent it) and maybe give me a small refund (£2). If this were fleabay, they would have done the refund ages ago. Lesson learned.
I stopped the silly posting after a few minutes. Not a good thing to do.

NEVER buy on Rakuten. It is a department store front like eBay or Alibaba, except if anything goes wrong, you are totally on your own. They will never intervene to help a buyer. They have no dispute system nor will they refund you. All the seller has to do is reply to any message you sent, usually with a totally non-sensical reply, within 3 working days and Rakuten won't even talk to the seller. They allow sellers to blackmail buyers into withdrawing negative feedback in order to get a refund, so even the scoring system is open to abuse. They allow sellers with the most appalling record to continue to trade without any comeback. Rakuten makes eBay seem like the perfect model of customer service. You were warned. When it goes OK, it is OK, when it goes wrong, you will feel it.

I swear you've commented this on every single Rakuten post, haven't you?

My wife ordered a gift as a Christmas present to give.
She got an email a week later to say it was OOS and would she like to choose another item from the same seller of equal value.. It was still being sold,so my wife said no, she wanted the original one or her money back.
She didn't hear any more and bought a substitute gift from elsewhere.
Christmas came and went and my wife contacted Rakuten to ask for a refund. They replied she must contact the seller through their selling page, which she did and heard nothing.
He got back to Rakuten who said to allow ten days to investigate and she then got her refund in a few days.
A bit drawn out but she was refunded.

Trying to order but Rakuten checkout won't accept any payment cards - says "security code is invalid"... WTF?!

Is this going to be good quality, is it better than the Primark t-shirts for £4 each, which is better this or Primark.

Not sure anyone expects these to be great but a good price for something to wear around the house. Usually £3.99 on eBay so a little bit of a saving.
