I've had a terrible experience btw, ordered for the wife's birthday and chose click and collect express. I never received a confirmation email telling me my order was ready to collect. My girls had nothing to give their mum on her birthday so I gave The Perfume Shop a call, spoke to a lovely lady who was very apologetic and offered to have the order to me the next working day (which was today) but had nothing. Overall a very disappointing experience.
