I aren't quite sure what you're meant to do with this stuff tbh, as it's not very nice on toast or crumpets, but it's delightful off a spoon lol. very addictive though!

This stuff is frickin lush! I like to alternate between this and good ol' Nutella for a post gym / sport treat! And yes, everything in moderation.....there will always be those on here who will preach "sugar...blah blah.....fat....blah blah!" Enjoy!

250g good quality white vanilla ice cream, 175ml of semi skimmed milk and a heaped tablespoon of this stuff. Give it a quick blend just until there are no lumps for an extra thick shake. Thank me later.
