I'm not a vegetable either but these are well tasty.
Pretty unhealthy though so a rare treat!

As with all 'ready meals', the salt levels (etc, etc) are always high. Veggie meals are no different.

The mozzarella burgers are bigger than you expect, if I have one on its own with some salad then it does me for a small beergut-friendly meal. Meat eaters will have these without complaining or at least that's my experience feeding them to house mates.

I was referring to the Plaits which are 14.8g of sat fat which is very high...

Very high? 2.2g sat fat per burger, daily RDA is 20g.

Still need to eat 9 to break the saturated fat RDA, and 4 to break the salt RDA. These will be vastly better then the common alternatives. 2.2g sat fat and 1.5g salt per burger.

I never calorie count as I don't see the point but I do look at sat fat and salt. Everything in moderation is acceptable as long as your diet is fairly well balanced...

I am at the moment. Do like linda McCartney food thphhh, and I'm not even a veggie (thought don't eat much meat anyway).
Might buy to split into meals, can't be as bad in moderation

How healthy are these?

25 Jan 16#10
Not the healthiest unfortunately as high they're in calories (if you pay attention to that) saturated fat and salt...
