I wouldn't bother guys the warranty is through Parkside and my battery failed after six month. They said it is wear and tear. Ended up returning to store for a full refund. 3 year warranty isn't worth the paper its printed on.

be prepared to replace batteries. My Parkside drill lasted max 10 charges in a years time. Lidl were useless, as according to manufacturer batteries come without any warranty. So I've taken the battery apart and found four 18650 cells inside, bought proper ones (LG HG2) and fitted them. Now it's much better, has more power then ever before.

Looking at the price of the batteries it would work out cheaper to buy 2 of the tools on offer, either the Jigsaw or the Circular saw as well as the drill.
