To be clear this is the 16Gb/2Gb model (not the 32Gb/3Gb)

I got one last week. Indeed a lot of phone for the money. However selling mine as I prefer the moto g 3rd gen in my pocket as dont seem to worry about phones under £100.

I forgot to check Quidco or TCB :/ The points are great, bought a couple of 32GB memory cards (free) through the points I got from previous purchases - Can someone check TCB/Quidco, please?

I have stopped going to CPW for this very reason... too expensive... HUKD and online deals are the way forward!

Looking at the rest of the phones on expansys and they look quite expensive. This however is an uber bargain. Very Tempted

They keep reducing the prices on some of them... This was over £250 a few months back... I am getting mine tomorrow (hopefully), will let you know what I think of it... Still about 217 more in stock!

The contract on my M8 is coming to an end and this phone would keep costs down if I could switch to SIM only

Main problem with these is system takes 7.49 gig which is massive. Plus it will be a **** to sell on without loosing a fair amount.

27 Jan 161#16
I read that in the comments... with the new updates it only takes around 4.5 GB in space, the rest is free + it can take memory cards up to 256GB capacity (I think).

27 Jan 16#15
That's what I have... All you can eat from Three network... I think I pay around £15-£16 and get something like 6-700 mins, 1200 mins three to three, unlimited texts and unlimited data...

This phone was for £200 at expansys/rakuten recently - with deals posted here for £175 after code... so looks like expansys have bumped price up actually...

Mine is up to date but still takes 7.49gig. Have a 32gb card in it but its useless until marshmallow is released for it. But read LG block the use of unified storage? I ran out of space for apps very quickly.
Main reason I am selling it is how nice it is though as I hate cases and scared I will make a mess of it lol. No doubt I will keep it though until MM comes out as I will loose too much to sell anyhow.

Oh and battery life is terrible to say the battery is a good size. I have screen brightness at 40% and use black wallpapers since its oled but its still poor.

I think LG recommend factory resetting the phone after installing all updates?

Not sure about factory reset, will try. Battery is not good though getting better. Its great if you dont use it though lol. Xda forums say otherwise about battery.

Just done a factory restore and system takes up 7.28 gb which is slightly smaller but still a ridiculous size for a 16gb phone. So in my opinion it will be a pain for anyone until mm is released.

I guess it'll be a long wait till Marshmallow... personally I can live with 9 GB of internal storage + my 64GB card...
just sold mine in red after six months use paid 190 off eglobal and sold it for 200 so they don't lose value very fast.great phone.have moto g 3rd gen now.miss the g.flex screen and shape but moto g is excellent.waterproof and battry life is amazing.g.flex 2 battery life is good to but roughly five hours screen time moto g has nine hours.this is on mostly wifi and auto brightness

My main reason I dont like it is for a flagship device it is not the best build. Maybe because it can flex but it creaks like a cheap un. Though I don't need much of an excuse to swap my phone, already had 6 since xmas lol. Think I have an addiction problem.

Paid £5.40 extra to get it delivered today (next day delivery). No order tracking confirmation, no shipping status. Had to cancel mine as rep on phone said they're having issues with stock numbers.... and I was the one who posted this deal and most probably the first one to buy this yesterday when their site said they had 218 of them in-stock????

Buy mine ......Only joking. Was there not another thread with them in stock somewhere else?
don't get the sd comments here, 'move to sd' is clearly available in the usual place on my one. it even creates a empty mirror folder on the sd for large data/obb files of games, so you manually move them and see if it will work from sd, doesn't always work but quite often does.
and marshmallow isn't likely to bring an improvement as the 'extend data partition with sd card' feature wasn't part of the g4 marsmallow release, last time i looked anyway.

Thanks buddy! I was about to order again, from chitter chatter... but then thought I should give it a few days and keep an eye on the 32GB version (I had already ordered when the comments abt the storage started coming-in yesterday).
Ps I had over a 1000 Rakuten points already = £10 + Was gonna get a 1000 points again = 10 + 10 = 20 - 5.40 (delivery) - 200.26 = so Rakuten was around £15 cheaper for me at that time...
let's wait and see...

Getting one definitely... but will wait for the price to drop close to £175-£185 or if the 32GB 3GB Ram is on offer around £200 or if a G4 is on offer around £200 mark...

If anyone is looking for a screen protector, this one is great.
I tried plastic ones and cheaper glass. They were all fingerprint magnets. The cheaper glass ones were thicker and didn't stick to the curve too well.
RInke cases are good too, but cover up the nice shiny back.
