Excellent deal on the LG G Flex 2 Smartphone, featuring Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 810 Octa-core processor. It is the same processor featured in the HTC One M9 and other £400+ mobiles.
It is complete with 16GB Storage with Micro SD Card slot, 2GB RAM, 1080p HD 5.5" display and a generous 3000mAh battery.
This seems like a great deal, and at just over £200 and free delivery, a bargain!

I posted this deal months ago, and you need to be warned this company has nothing to do with Debenhams, nor does its sister company BHS Direct have anything to do with BHS, its a catfish company that may or may not deliver, get the G4 from Vodafone for £20 more and be happy.

but, now I'm noticing the oleophobic coating on the screen wearing out where i scroll with my left thumb.. wonder if i can get it replaced?

Seems rather drastic replacing your thumb!
They've gone up a bit since I bought them (a whole £1.49 now!)
Edit: quality/finger print wise they're probably exactly the same as your Rerii one tbh.
Rerii just buy up cheap Chinese products and repackage them. I don't think they actually manufacture anything themselves and their product line certainly isn't specialist or particular inspiring quality wise.

That is odd. Mine has been great. Had it on for a month now after cheap plastic ones were fingerprint magnets and didn't feel as nice. Cheap glass ones too thick.
Do you have a link for your cheap ones? Might get a spare. How are they for fingerprints?

Great phone. I had hassle finding a decent screen protector. Cheap ones were fingerprint magnets and didn't stick to the curve. Can highly recommend this one. Rerrii glass screen protector @Amazon

Oddly I had to get that very screen protector refunded from Amazon.
Utterly utterly useless.
Aside from being overpriced, it started to splinter in a really weird way.
Bought a couple of 99p ones from eBay and they turned out to be superior quality and less than a fifth of the price...

Oh yeah whatever I don't mind... At the time of writing the title read... ''Flashship'' instead of ''Flagship'' but since has been corrected.
It sounded funny at the time as I thought perhaps Debenham misspelt it and op copy and pasted it.
That was all.

Point proved, cheap plastic looking phone. Galaxy s5 looked like a £200 phone it's only since s6 it looks like a top of the range phone but now fixed battery.

debenhams direct you to the debenhamsplus site for certain purchases like mobiles, lapstops etc
its a different company from them but they obviously have a deal to accept payments via gift cards
used them recently - they were utter crap but eventually got my overpriced item and rid of my vouchers

I know, I have a slim Anker battery for my S6 edge. However, I prefer to use with my spare 3220 mAh battery with my Note 4.
Cost me £20.39 for the official charger/battery kit from Amazon via Flubit. The Note 4 itself only cost me £144 from Amazon and was as new so only £164 inc spare battery and charger.
So could I but I don't want to use a bulky power pack.

I can use a power pack on my Iphone then I have no turning off/on

I'm sure Apple could find the skill to design a decently sturdy rear removable rear cover for an iPhone if they wanted.

To have a removable battery you end up with a chatty looking phone with a clip and the usual cheap plastic. There is zero chance iPhone will do that. Who cares if the battery breaks they replace it under warranty
crazzzzzy_b
7 Feb 16#41
Lg can still replace it in the shop like iPhones none removable without taking the phone to bits to get inside. How long does it take for a battery to die? 3 years plus. Be bored of the phone by then

I am in the market for a new phone and was seriously considering this one until I googled the reviews and learned the battery is none removable, what happens when your battery packs in? chuck the whole thing away and buy another phone, I don't think so.

No, a local phone repair shop can change the battery for you if you're unable to do it yourself. I know this because I work in IT refurbishment, and in the repairs of phones, laptops and tablets. Take it to a local shop, BUT ask them what warranty they give, there's plenty of shops which will take your money then if there's a fault don't want to know.

I got this phone a couple of months ago and for what it's worth, no issues with overheating, lag or otherwise. The biggest issue is getting reasonably priced accessories such as screen protectors as mentioned previously.

BTW the battery on these can be replaced. It means a bit of dismantling but nowhere near as difficult as trying on an iPhone. Instructions available online.

Bought from these guys before Christmas, arrived fine, no issues. Packaging didn't look obviously like it had been opened, everything was fine. Great phone for the money. Comfortable in the hand and great full day battery. I think you may also be able to get a code for £20 off by signing up to which, I did this with one of their other companies furniture123 and cancelled which membership easily by email
