Samsung customer service rubbish. You will spend a lot of time on the phone and get nowhere if you have even the smallest of problems.

Thanks graann.
LG looks like it comes with the magic remote. It looks gimmicky but still cool.

The magic remote is brilliant.
Can select other inputs other than the tv and can control them if you wanted too.

What price did you get? JL quoted me £649 price match even though I submitted requested when it was £599.99, very annoying.

I bought this exact same tv last week from John Lewis, and it's great. They price matched Hughes Electrical so I paid £649, with 5 year guarantee. I saw this at the time but JL wouldn't price match Marks. Definitely a bargain but I prefered to pay the extra £50 and buy from JL -
