Not sure if this is for you. But if you are really into Chinese cooking. You will definite the oyster sauce of this brand. Especially for this particular premium oyster sauce.
Far superior quality, 30% oyster extract vs 9%, which to be honest is still decent amount as some have 2 :wink:

I tried the premium. Surely is up to the personal taste and I did not say the lkk is bad. I do not like Markrua's syrupy texture also do think it is a bit too sweet but the balance is there and significantly higher content of oyster extract was the winner.At the end of the day when you are buying tomato sauce,you expect the tomato being the key ingredient...
