Don't take it to heart.
The voting on here will not benefit your life in any way, so take it all in your stride and ignore the occasional buffoon that comes along to try and claim the glory for something that they didn't post themselves.
Have some heat from me, just to outweigh the cold from others.
Voting this deal negative because a previous Amazon deal has expired due to it being oos is a bit harsh
This is an ASDA deal not an 'out of stock' Amazon deal

Hope so! We're golfing on the mainland also but unfortunately the Islay championship course is under renovation. Keeping an eye for when each distillery has it's open day/festival. Will miss the b........... Octomore place on the Sunday but want to taste how intense it is.

I don't understand this place sometimes.
A few days ago a 'possibly' store specific lockets cough sweets deal (where you saved 19p when you bought 2 packets) got voted 220 degrees hot.
And this deal saving £14 on one of the best whisky's out there is getting voted a negative deal.....
for real???????

A) Your post only referred to the Amazon deal. Even the description didn't mention Asda, let alone the title.
B) You weren't even the one who mentioned the Asda price in the comments.
C) Your deal is no longer available.
D) It's not a sodding popularity contest, the voting system is there so that the best deals get seen by as many people as possible NOT for some bizarre sense of individual pride or accomplishment for having a big red number next to your name.
Voting cold on the basis of such a spurious argument is both childish and potentially buries a good deal from sight. Thank goodness the community as a whole has more sense than this.

I've just done a search for Laphroaig on the HUKD search bar.

That post is this very same one.
Princess jellybeans has posted a legitimate deal, that is not a duplicate of yesterday's deal.
As for paying a premium for something, rather than go to Asda, surely that goes against the whole idea of the HUKD forum trying to save you money.

I post ASDA deals and Argos deals because a lot of good respectable people shop in them and I know they are the kind of deals that help people find a bargain.

Octomore is the one to try if you're a fan of the peaty style whisky.
