On the desktop version, The 'wishlist' button is just below the product description click that then the item will be added to your wishlist, oos items sometimes show up as in stock on your wishlist but not on the actual product so you can add it straight to your basket, to get on the wishlist you need to be signed in and click on the hello tab and it will show up account, wishlist etc then just click wishlist, hope this helps
