Bargain for this cult classic movie. The blu-ray isnt available in this country, and even the DVD will set you back around this price due to that. This is an American import BUT it can play on a UK blu-ray player/PS3/PS4. Just use this work around to do so.
A menu comes up saying 'This movie isn't compatible for your region' but if you press the ' top menu ' button on your remote (or square button on PS3/PS4) it goes through to the actual menu which lets you play the movie!
This is available for a similar price from an American company on Amazon but HUKD dont allow deals posted from them. Though both companies take a few weeks to deliver, i find the packaging a lot better from WowHD.
UPDATE (27/2/2016) : Price increased to £4.23, still a really good price though

Wow dont hear much about this film these days! I was taken to the cinema to see this when i was a little kid then seen it a couple of times since. The giant white spider used to freak me out oh and the cyclops guy too, especially when he was crushed to death.
Sod the reviews I love this movie, it has Lysette Anthony in it, about the best she ever looked which is pretty good >
and if that doesn't float your boat then Tucker (Toddy Carty) from Grange Hill is in it, looking about the best he did >

Also the alien bad guy things do a cool trick every time they reload their weapons, worth seeing the film just for that, and when one gets killed, his brain slithers out of its head, as evidenced in this 'clip' at around the 40 second mark >
Krull is a poor film, but has built up a cult status. They should rename it "Krud".

It doesn't work on everything so dont expect to be able to do that work around on all Region A movies. This is the only bluray i know you can do that workaround on.
There may be others but im not aware of them, ive tried it on a couple of other Region A only films i have but the trick doesn't work on them. So must of just been some error were they didn't implement the "lock" on this bluray correctly

WOW are terrible, they once took payment from me for an item they didnt have in stok and wouldnt be getting back in, ordering from them and waiting made me miss out on the extremly limited edition Blu Ray boxed set i was ordering. Terrible company, with bad buisness practices and poor customer service

Thats the company i mentioned in my deal description. I have ordered from them a few times but they send their items out in rubbish card and they have been damaged a few times, mainly crush damage as they are thin. Also HUKD dont allow deals posted by them, they just get take down
Im more happy with the vibrant padded envelopes that WowHD use like this

No i have this already. ive used it on a Samsung bluray player aswell as a ps3. Seen a lot of other other people mention this workaround to for this. Its not really a common thing you can even do with Region A releases , just lucked out really heh

Isn't that workaround only for some Panasonic players, certainly used to be when it applied to some of the US Criterion releases...?
