just a lil warning if u are a corner shopper.....my local are selling Kerrigold in smaller packs of 200g not standard 250 and charging 250g rrp prices.....you may say so what but hey just warning ya ( any bakers out there will understand too)

Good point, sharyn. It pays to cheque the weight, even though the package looks the same. Usually 'spreadables' come in 500gm plastic tubs - but I notice Flora Gold and Bertolli butter blend are just 400gms.

Easiest way is to just get a butter dish and leave the dish out. No need to refrigerate. Then it's always spreadable I've been doing this for years and only buy Kerrygold its definitely the best.
