The way it works for me I could see
"I am Bread Physical" becoming
"I am a Breast Physician"
to me those 2 sentences look nearly identical since st can easily look like a d in the middle of a sentence, though the 2nd i & a in physician would have to swap place in the sentence and also the i would become elongated into an l somehow by being next to the n. very hard to explain the process of how letters are mixed up when reading as it happens so fast.

Dyslexia doesn't cause short sightedness.
Also, dyslexics generally transpose and reverse words and letters, rather than adding completely new ones. They might have a foal of dread, but they probably wouldn't have a load of breast.

would be very awkward to open the case and find a slice of bread inside
