Well I for one don't know anybody with 2 DDR4 desktops never mind ones that would see 4gb dimms as an upgrade.
For example PCWorld sem to have 63 DDR4 systems. All but one have 8gb of ram already and the one system that has 4gb only has one spare slot.
So is that 0.001% of HUKD users that may want to upgrade 2 systems.
For most I would think buying it will come with thoughts of moving to a DDR4 system in the future.

I bought a 64gb kit or Corsair Vengence DDR3 1866mhz RAM earlier in the year for £120
What a bargain!

Perfect for a new skylake build indeed, although they seem to enjoy high memory clockspeeds this is the sweet spot for price/performance

i5 6600k, got the retail one for about £5 more but comes with a 3 year warranty. also picked up a b grade Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 7 for £140 so did quite well with the savings. (that's how I'm justifying the upgrade)
