Do B&M deals tend to be store specific? I was there looking for hot water bottles last week but they had nothing (surprising how hard it is to find a hot water bottle).

I have 3 local b&ms and out of all 3 only one had these hot water bottles in fact only one ever really has deals so I'm guessing it does tend to be store specific. these were dumped on a shelf with all the Valentine's clearance stuff so I guess it's wether each store is just desperate to get rid off old stock too
