jst bought 342 (that's 3 for the price of 2 on gearbest) on that eplace as i figured they're all gonna be pants so make the pants as cheap as possible. i'm thinking they're all going to come from the same reject pile of a guangdong factory...
i'll probably end up using mine to buy rmore late night cheap tat from hukd while saving on the houselights...

How do you get these 342??

not from gearbest... just trawling that e bay place... based on what i've read about gearbest, thought i may just as well pay less and not get them or not be able to return them... everything i've seen about night vision goggles in the cheapy range all seem to look like this. so, if they're going to arrive broken or are [email protected], rather pay a tenner for 3 than 6quid for 1. defies logic but if they arrive, i'll be the smug one, standing naked in darkest corner of your garden with two of my mates, watching you eat your supper... oh... erm... oh!

I will never buy anything from Gearbest again. I paid $80 dollars for an item I have never received and they have offered me $18 back as a proof of a good will (this is exactly how they called it). Everything is shipped (if it is shipped) from China and delivery time (if ever delivered) is up to 2 months. STAY AWAY from them!

I know it's not entirely the point, but did you order via credit card?

Similar spec equipment to the stuff issued to our guys in Iraq (and not in a good way!)

Thanks for pointing that out. Last week I ordered a toy car and I was disappointed when £150k worth of Ferrari didn't arrive.

Yeah as a kid I was misled with this marketing. (With a different product but similar concept.)
Luckily I didn't believe it and realised there were no infra red bulbs in sight on
the packaging.
At the time I thought "there's gotta be cheap versions of night vision equipment"
but apparently not. :disappointed:
Extremely scientifically savvy kids will be disappointed with this but
those that don't care (most kids) will probably think it's pretty cool.
But as far as I know, it's just green glasses with a couple of lights acting as a toy. I think.
Not that I've tried it.

I must be lucky, received my 10th order from them last week, with no problems ever. Sure the delivery was long over Christmas time - longest about 26 days - but going by their dispatch times, it definately was the various postal systems or Customs. Sometimes come via Holland, Belgium or this weeks latest order of a Ganzo knife, via Germany. No complaints, you pays your money ....

Mine arrived today and as expected - piece of plastic with two blue LEDs glued on it, not IR.
Filling a refund and if they don't obey, paypal fraud report.
