My vet recommended these for my dog, when she had fleas a couple of summers back, to relieve her itching.. i also use them for hayfever, but i find they make me super drowsy.

Try loratidine, it's an antihistamine too, but tend to be less sedating.

i usually buy citirizine from chemistdirect.co.uk for £6.72 +£1.75 del. for a 6 month supply but this is even cheaper. hot! However, just checked their loratadine and its £1.99 for 30 while chemist direct do 180 for £4.48.
