Don't use this if you have a white car. It will make it look like you've had a crash with a giant berry.

Not sure on this product, as I went to fill up yesterday with some I'd mixed up previously and noticed it was full of small blue droplets in suspension. So I didn't want to put that through the washer jets.
Also one of my washer jets has become blocked a few months ago and I haven't managed to clean it out, which I reckon is because of the above.
So I'm a bit wary of this product now.

I hope the -30 one comes on offer as the -10 frozen solid last year in january @ blackpool.
The lidl -50/or 60 is the best but dubble this price.

Strange, I was in Halfords yesterday buying screenwash and bought the 5L Concentrated Berry Blast and it was £4.99 (or £5.99). No sale on in my neck of the woods.
Unless I had the worlds worst timing and it started today :disappointed:

Agree, the Lidl -60C one is the best, but I haven't seen it in stock this winter. So might go for this one instead.

I had the same issues when the bottle i used to fill up with had anti freeze in it before and i had not washed it out very well.
Also had this sort of probs when mixing 2 types of screen wash.Always empty screen wash first and flush with a pint of fresh water first.
As others have stated halfords stuff is great i have 3 x 5 -20 halfords screenwash in the shed 2 x -10 and off to get 6 more today.I have also got 10L Lidl -60 for when its very cold.

I had a similar problem a few years ago, the headlight washer blocked due to it and popped the top bumper trim off, I didn't realise until I got home so had to get a new one. Thankfully it was under warranty but BMW were funny and said they would only replace it once if I didn't use BMW screenwash (you can guess how much that stuff is!). To be fair to them though I never had any issues after that when using the BM stuff. I found this which does the same thing as the BM one but it seems you can only get it if you are in the trade :disappointed: https://tps.trade/quantum/screenwash-de-icer_q/premium-screenwash_q/Quantum-ZGB00QPSWC05L

If you mix this stuff with water and don't use it quickly the windscreen washer bottle will begin to stink. Spraying the jets then absolutely wreaks! It is almost impossible to get rid of the smell too....

The container (Wickes screenwash) I used was completely empty, but not washed out. So i guess there could have been a reaction.
I've never had this happen before and I've been looking after my own cars for a long long time. So I don't think I'll be buying anymore of this scented stuff tbh.

Bought the ready mixed yesterday, still full price as was the concentrate, for all the dog owners Halfords use some kind of bitter tasting chemical in this and anti freeze to prevent dogs or any animal licking any spillage, I believe without this chemical it's highly toxic but sweet tasting to a dog

Some people don't have time to make it up with filtered water and are on the road to work or travel.
I bought the ready mix and concentrate as my car was out and takes 5 litres no problems.
I have the concentrate to dilute later but today was driving in filthy back roads so the ready mix was a life saver.
