The 10p acceptable price is for all-in-one tablets. These things require salt and rinse-aid to be purchased as well.

I don't think all in 1 tablets are worth paying any extra for as my dishwasher definitely doesn't wash or dry as well if it runs out of salt or rinse aid, mind you I do live in a hard water area.

I find all-in-one tablets give excellent results. We've never added anything else to our machine.

Me neither especially that salt costs a pound and lasts forever and I use vinegar as a rinse aid.

Not the cheapest ever! Amazon deals crop up form time to time with Subscribe and Save discount and coupon/voucher codes, sometimes as little as 4p/5p a tab. I have a cupboard full :smile:
