Got the PSN one for 21.99 - digitalis fine as by the time I would want to sell it its £5 in Game. FIFA plummets in price after 8 months and it's a game you keep playing for several seasons.

Good price if you want the physical one but a bit pointless if the digital with free plants v zombies is £6 cheaper.

I'd say it's more obvious that they never downloaded pes, as it got better reviews than FIFA and is a superb game! But whatever...

I prefer digital- lazy with disc changing. I play them for a good year so get a lot out of them and by the time I'm bored with it the cost of the physical has plummeted to a few pound trade in so I'm not fussed as I saved £6 in the first place.

​The passing in FIFA 16 is by far the most annoying thing I've come across in the series. I could handle the header fest of 14, but I can't with passing forward 8 yards and it missing the player completely far too often.

You must just be really bad at it. As I've played it loads and passing just isn't a problem. I've had my money's worth already.

I had stopped playing it for a year because I got fed up of it (and PES was more fun last year), but I can assure you I'm not that bad.

Only really got it this year because a few buddies play it and aren't interested in PES so my hands were kind of tied. I only really play on career and legendary difficulty (8th in table with Bournemouth), but even so.

Fair enough. I play all modes UT, seasons, single player and 1v1 and the biggest problem with fifa is the settings you have to change to make it more enjoyable. From controller settings to tactics. UT is great fun building teams without buying packs.

What settings would you recommend? I've been tempted to switch all the assists to Semi and see how that goes. I use fast tempo matches too.

The first thing I change is the camera setting. But a lot is down to personnel preference . except from gameplay where for some reason I can't understand the custom tactics default for defence is play off side. Changer that to cover . then the rest of the settings are down to the way you play and those tactics go hand in hand with that. The system I use is very old school simple but effective 4-4-2 . But I can't stress enough the importance of playing to your tactics etc. example is if set up for short passes yet you oomph the ball up the pitch or vice versa its just not gonna work.
