You need to use a VPN when you go through the checkout. Word of warning though, the guide posted says to use VyprVPN, but Vyper doesn't have any South African servers, so is no use here. I actually preordered Naruto lastnight from the South African store and used Finch VPN, I paid for a weeks subscription which was $1, and it worked fine with Revolut.
