I tried using super savvy vouchers in my local asda superstore old Kent road unfortunately they didn't go through. But tesco on the old Kent road accept the super savvy voucher that doesn't have asda printed on them. They are willing to help you

Tried to download the software last night and my antivirus, Avira said the printer software had adware in it. Not bothering to install that :disappointed:

You cannot blame the checkout staff, like all other supermarkets they are held accountable for what to accept.I personally like using coupons printing the expiry dates readable may save time at tills.

I used all of them on 2 accounts yesterday, she made me line everything up with the coupon underneath each product. Then someone else had to scan them all in, A little pointless. Luckily it was quiet so there was no one behind me.
I might write to asda actually and complain, Why do they give you them if they cant just scan them!

Id ask to speak to a manager, Why do they let people get these coupons if you cant even use them! Ive used all of mine and my friends have in my local store. and had no issues, other than the slight snotty look they give you for holding people up!

Totally agree , used some yesterday in my local store, checkout operator looks at you if your a second rate citizen when you present coupons, then goes on to read every minute detail on the coupons twice before then calling someone else to put them through, not before again studying the coupon first. with the time wasted and the embarrassment they caused, made me wonder whether it was worth using them. Unfortunately unlike America where they welcome coupons in Supermarkets , the UK supermarkets seem reluctant to take them, would love to see someone with a massive pile of coupons in Asda trying to cash them in - probably be banned from the store.
