.) yes, it would if you follow that up with a laptop and a second mug. Thats all its been doing until the one i had failed. One chromebook and two cups at most.
It doesn't collapse but it gets wobbly

I have one of these and they're ok for the money. The legs screw in and one on mine just felt like falling out all the time so I just bought a tube of no nails and fastened them in, and its fine now.

Similar from IKEA in a range of finishes for £6 - less when they're on a special offer as they often are. A bit bigger too.

Ikea seem to have stopped making the Oak finish 'Lack' tables. Nearest is the 'Birch' finish which is a lighter shade.
Been after a cheap oak effect side table, but none of these Argos ones left near me.

Shouldn't be surprising but these are really poor quality tables. Not suitable for daily use in a living room imo.
Difficult to beat at this price though...
