Best price for a stanard Dyson V6 since the HKUD pick QVC special a few months back.
Direct from Dyson and with free next day delivery, makes it the best overall price on this model.
Same model is £242.99 @ John Lewis and they won't price match because it's an online only price.

I bought my wife one of these for Christmas, very good bit of kit and she loves it! We got the kit with the extra bits for a little more money, but I'm sure this would do the basics very well.

I tried to purchase from VERY... I signed up for the card, entered the 10% code which seemed to work. I clicked 'add to account' and then it just ordered the item without the discount applied!
I contacted them, and they said that I cant cancel the order as they dispatch very quickly (which would need to be within 1 minute).
Never ordering from them again. Just be warned, they are a real con of a company. Should've just gone to Dyson after all...

I had the same thoughts when I also ordered from VERY and was disappointed as it stopped working after only a day of use.
However, Dyson customer service were good and provided a new charger which took a few days to arrive and it's charging fine now.

Just ordered and managed to get it at £179.99 with the free Clean and Tidy Accessory Kit. They quoted me £189.99 but knocked off the extra £10 after checking with his manager after I said price was cheaper a couple of days ago

Mine was delivered earlier. Charged for 2 hours and now used for 1st time. Seems as powerful as my larger dyson and so much lighter and easier to use. Very pleased

I think the cheapest I have seen the V6 animal is £249. It's a lot more money on the Dyson site, it must come with more/better bits.

I think the v6 ranges r the same in terms motor n performance but it's the attachments you pay extra for. I got a v6 animal 6th ago and was amazing however I have noticed the suction isn't to scratch any more. I am thinking of exchanging it at argos that's if they let me. p.s the extra tool is very good for hair etc down points are it's a pain to empty as you have to use a stick or your fingers to get the dust out which isn't great and unfortunately does clog up .it's a fragile piece of equipment however it's super convenient but at a price!

From what I've read, I think the animal has slightly different filters and a different head, otherwise it's the same piece of kit.
I've seen the animal at around £240 with the usual suspects.

Will DC59 attachments fit?
Is this just a rebrand of that, or an upgraded model?

If you already own a dyson then you can get loyalty discount direct from dyson. I just called them up and got it for £179 with the tool bag, they asked if I had any other dyson product to add the loyalty discount but didn't check model or serial numbers

suspect others will match it too, prices on the V6 range seem to be creeping downwards.
