To be fair the product has some good reviews so not all bad - and these are from people who actually bought & use the item :confused:

Agree with others. This website is useless. Get as far as paying and then get told "we don't have this product"! Muppets. Take note folks, this is a very clever way of B&Q getting your email, phone number, name and address. If we can't trust them with basic website fundamentals how the hell are we supposed to trust thim with our private data. I for one will shop elsewhere in future.

1150 mAH, which is a very tiny capacity. Worth paying a few pounds more for a bigger one I'd have thought for most people.

Aye' the C&C service at B&Q leaves a lot to be desired, says in stock pretty much everywhere but unable to reserve at my local store too :smirk: will leave as an instore deal - i suggest you call your local B&Q to check they have it / don't make a special trip
