Well Nutella is gluten free anyway, so even people that have decided they've got a gluten intolerance can eat it on toast

its like the pound shop syndrome  call it a bargain and people pay £1 for a 79p item - same with this stick gluten free on something like this to get the allergy sufferers to buy it  and that's coming from someone who was diagnosed with coeliacs at six years of age :P - but hey, if its a deal, and you like it, then buy it by all means

Does it make it any better for you or is it for people who have some sort of allergy?

its more for people who have allergy as it will still contain plenty of fat and sugar

It's in the free from aisle so aimed at those with restricted diets but it doesn't have added sugar and is made with more natural ingredients than others such as Nutella....basically isn't full of rubbish.
My children have multiple allergies and they love this.

I'd be more concerned that with so much stuff missing, it might be taste free.

Is it possible to buy products with added gluten?
I'm on a diet and need the extra protein.

Thanks, good deal! I was wary at first but I checked the ingredients against regular chocolate spread and they are almost the same- tastes much the same too. The only real difference is that skim milk powder has been removed.
Edit: I just found out that milk has no gluten in it anyway! Marketing this product as "Gluten Free" feels like a mild scam to me, but for £1 I'm not complaining.
