My failing is to choose the wrong type of road to add to existing road, and to lay the road in the right direction, ideally like the game to overlay directional arrows when laying road and to make the road types more distinguishable, but perhaps I dont play it enough.

I see the DLC as supporting the developers, they bring out free patches with a few new items etc that support that DLC. Having snow without snowplough is gonna be tough unless it's just visual until you get the DLC. No idea how much time I've put into this game, probably 100+ and I'm still really enjoying it.

Nuuvem will likely be cheaper when they get it and this is one of the few games they don't payment region lock.

​No, the name implies that it is however the day night cycle was a free update. check out the steam store page for the after dark dlc. At the bottom there are user reviews which make it clear exactly what is included in the dlc.

Not played for a while and found boredom struck very quickly. If this DLC doesn't add much content I might leave this game buried forever.......

​not much to be honest, cylce lanes, taxis, newer bust station and airports. You don't need this expansion to get day/night cycle, that's included in a free update.
