Seems a great bargain holiday in a family friend day hotel near to Disney. Leaving on 12th December and returning 28th December It's ideal if your kiddies are at an age where they aren't in school as prices shoot up a few days later.
A bargain price for the Liki Tiki hotel near to Disney which is family friendly according to reviews. http://www.likitiki.com
I've also included car hire. A 4x4 jeep so you can get around in comfort.
Hotel £703 @ booking.com (note it will show up cheaper but you need to add resort fees and taxes o the price which I've done to give an all inclusive price of costs). A two bedroom for up to 6 people isn't much more if you want to upgrade.....
Flights £1238.46 @ Travel Up *note these aren't direct but for around £310 I don't think you can complain! Just save your money and go for indirect flights as you'll need your cash in Orlando!
Jeep, book via Kayak at paylesscar.com for $333/£231.98 for the whole 16 nights
Total per person £543.36pp
Don't forget Topcashback and if you want to get more cashback book hotel via Hotels.com as it's only a quid more expensive including fees etc and you'll probably find a more favourable rate of cashback!
This deal has also now almost been copied by another travel site so if you want it I'd act quickly as it is likely to go fast!

I'd recommend checking out places like insurance4carhire or similar. Look at Moneysavingexpert for how to get insurance to reduce your excess rather than paying the rental firms. There is a great article over there and we took out an annual policy to cover worldwide.

Definitely check you've got car insurance with that - I always use uscarhire.com as they include all the covers and were really helpful (And reasonable price)

Xmas is fabulous at Disney FL, don't expect warm weather though, had to scrape frost from the car on Boxing day when we visited last. If you plan properly crowds are easily avoided, use this to work out which park to go on which day http://www.easywdw.com/easy/ , back there in six weeks

Watch out on the car that it includes all insurances, normally US sites don't include them and you will be stung with higher fees, cannot tell if this price includes them from the site but the quoted price is to cheap. Use someone like rentalcars.com for a full inclusive price.

Far better to go in early January when the parks are quiet and all the Christmas theming is still around

Totally agree. We went with our young son over Christmas last year and we all had a great time. Sure it was relatively busy but unless you go at a time that isn't the main vacation time, isn't school holiday in Europe or the US then you're going to have a good few other people there. Christmas is magical at Disney, the parades are great and I'd thoroughly recommend it to anyone. Just relax and enjoy it instead of stressing the queues (use the fast passes!)

Standing in queues to visit an overgrown rat on Christmas Day would be torture.

Seems like a good deal, pity these offers always clash with school time

Yeah our schools in Wigan don't finish until Friday 23rd December this year, which wouldn't be so bad as the kids have grown up and left school, but my wife still works in a school in the kitchen so still can't get any deals on holidays :disappointed:

Good price, but I couldn't go at Christmas after the photos & comments of the one just gone. We went end of Oct till the mid of Nov which was great and did think of going for Christmas next year but we're going to stick with the same time next year as we got to see Halloween & Christmas!

I stayed there a few years ago and its on the 192, not international drive. Closet park is animal kingdom? Universal is like 20 miles away (if you drive direct on I4). Take alot longer to shuttle there i'd imagine.

I totally agree with erikax. We love Orlando & have been many times, but Christmas was horrendous. They had to close the gates at 12.30 on Christmas Day at Magic Kingdom as the Park was full to capacity! I would never go again at that time of year.
