Great little cardboard cat scratching pad which can be laid flat or hung up and comes with catnip to sprinkle on to make it more attractive to kitties. All of mine love these pads and can't go wrong for 99p. Spotted in Wallsend branch of home bargains they had them on the shelves as you walk in.

woah there!!!! little bit harsh when the deal was posted it said £99 was making a little joke no need to bash me like that because I don't post deals every day I use the app to spot decent deals like a lot of people do in my opinion it's people like you who should be booted. lighten up a little

Heat! I bought some of these yesterday in Folkestone Home Bargains - I couldn't believe both the rectangular one and the wave shaped one were 99p! Bought 4 as my kittens love to scratch cardboard. The previous one I bought from Amazon cost me £7! These ones may not have as much durability (tbc!) but they'll do! All ends up destroyed anyway...

Rather annoyingly I put mine down on the rug and she decided to sniff the catnip inside it and then scratch at the rug in front of it!

Im not expecting a reply from leach982 tbh. They've been a HUKD member for over 6 years and posted 2 deals!!! Just f'kin LOL!
People like that really ps me off! Never contribute and then try and be funny about deals when EVERYONE else makes the effort. Should be booted in my opinion. At least they chose a particularly apt username for themselves, haha.

That's fair enough, I guess it's better than the cats/kittens scratching everything else lol, heat added

agreed, cheapest I could find was £2.99 delivered on ebay, and that was possibly not as good as has no bottom, so the cat nip will probably just fall through, also the Foster Square home Bargains store had the one in the picture as well as a "wave" shaped one.

Silly question, but as they're cardboard and cats scratch, wouldn't there just be a huge mess around it?

They can make a mess, but the bits are small and light enough to just hoover up no problem, in my experience that is.
