Don't want to start discussion, but people have a misconception that fat is bad. We all need fat and especially those who do long distance running, cycling, swimming, etc. We need the fat as fuel before using the short term sugar fuel.
Of course overloading on fat is bad, but you cannot take fat out of your diet.

Cheaper to make your own, with far fewer ingredients, but these are great when out and about!
