How easy is it go get VAC banned for changing simple stuff? Alot of people I have seen on Steam have MW2 VAC banned and I'm not sure its worth the risk.

I'm still boycotting this game due to the No Dedicated Servers thing.
Six years, I'm still not forgiving those muppets. Thankfully all the COD since this have been rubbish.
