I'm pretty sure that's in the US, mine hasn't got room for a brush, but there seems to be more product than in the reviews I've seen online. But anyone please correct me if I've just got a dodgy one!

I think it has an angled v shaped brush so you can apply both shades at once.

Doesn't come with anything and is actually quite hard to apply! But at this price it's worth it for a bit of practice I suppose

And as detailed there is also a save £3 so the glitch (as titled) is that it takes off an extra £3 for the one you are getting free so that's how it is £10.98 but it should be £13.98 as you said, once they spot the glitch it will probably end up that price.
