While I won't mention the V word. If you look they don't seem to have a native 46" panel. This would suggest a Samsung that didn't make it into a Samsung. But probably built by the big V.
If you look at the pic of the remote it is set out like a Samsung one.

What is it with suspension bridges on TV product shots? LG do it too, as do Digihome, apparently:
Anyway, considering taking a punt on this Bluediamond, but would it be a bit embarrassing in the lounge?

I know it's cheap but just no point buying TV this size without freeview hd

My TV doesn't have FreeviewHD. If you don't use the turner there is no point paying loads for one. Even less so on a basic TV. Many people will use Sky, Virgin, BT or a FreeviewHD or FreesatHD box.

I'd guess it's another clone like the Manta LED4601 TV and looking at the Polish manual for the Manta it appears to be very UMC, not Vestel. Certainly the specs and physical conectivity layout of the Manta are near-identical to the BD. Polish manual closes with "Made in P.R.C." and definitely not Turkey. http://www.manta.ie/television/29-led-tv-46-dvb-tc-mpeg4.html http://www.manta.com.pl/en/led4601
Manta user manuals can be found buried in a Mega folder here, although the one for the LED4601 is in Polish.

Looks a great price for a TV for the kids play room. Normally buy a new one for the living room and move old one into the kids room, but might treat them. Heat from me.

If it was any other retailer I would say at least a year but as its Ebuyer, six months to play it safe. With stuff like this you're likely to be hit by their proportionate refund policy after the six month mark. That means no repair, replacement or full refund (despite what they tell you when arranging an RMA) You'll be fobbed off with a proportionate refund and a link to their T&C's.

Almonds to televisions, it's a natural progression.
Could be a good purchase.. they seem big on other household items ;-)
