Cheapest I have EVER seen this. I posted 10 weeks ago from eBuyer at £17.99 which has dropped to £15.99 in the previous couple of days.
Call without having to pick up the handset. It also has storage for up to 250 contacts so you always know who's calling, 20 ringtones, standby time of up to 1 week, and talk time of up to 9 hours. With a design based on the iconic 1980s mobile phone, The Brick 4Home presents something interesting for your lounge while still offering all the main features you would want on a modern day home phone.

-Long battery life: up to 1 week standby and 8 hours talk time
-Features a 1.8 inch backlit colour TFT LCD display
-Stores up to 250 contacts with 20 ringtones included
-Speak hands-free over the extra-loud power speaker

Heres a photo of them side by side, the UI on my black home phone is definitely different to the white GSM.It's pretty slow and clunky compared to the GSM's. Perhaps they've changed it now, I've had mine for about a year.

I have this phone, the user interface is not what is shown in the photo in post #1 which is taken from the GSM version.

Just letting you guys know, it doesn't appear to be like most of the brick 4s... no answerphone, no Bluetooth or sim card slot, just a massive house phone :disappointed:

Good for the novelty factor but if my experience of a Binatone DECT is anything to go by, it won't last much longer than a year or so....

I bought one of these because I need a house phone but already starting to regret it...
PS. Anyone know of a smaller phone around the same price with similar features?

Cool! I bought the white GSM version as a joke present for someone at Christmas and was surprised at how good it was. Hopefully I'll be able to add this to our existing base station then we'll have four cordless phones we wont be able to find when then phone rings! lol saying that these are so big they'll be hard to lose.
