10 sachet box. Found this last night on the beer and flu run. Cheaper than their own brand. Tesco's have them on special at £2.50. Seem to be having these most days for breakfast!

I have fresh lemons on tap. I buy them when they are in the reduced section, slice them up and freeze them. Use as needed.

Also, probably more expensive buying fresh lemons...

Waste of money.
Just boil some hot water, and add a slice of lemon, take a paracetamol, and will get as much effect as these

a) your ingredients above don't include any decongestant (such as Phenylephrine Hydrochloride)
b) who has fresh lemons on tap to add to their drink?
c) slicing up a lemon is way more hassle than emptying a packet of this into hot water
d) I don't need a d, as my a b and c were so good

Only 5 in a pack at Poundland etc so this is a good price.

They don't give you 10 in Poundland - the rotters! They do in the non-branded ones which are, let's face it, just as good.
Remember not to make these with boiling water, put a little bit of cold in first if you've boiled the kettle. Boiling water knackers the potions in them, seriously.
