I did a taste test of loads (30+) of brands of noodles - had to order most of them online - and Super Noodles were pretty well bottom of my rankings. As you'd expect, noodles from Far East countries scored best and if you're looking for sub-50p noodles, then Koka at 25p a pack at Home Bargains are probably the best budget noodles.
However, the taste test had a clear winner for me at the "expensive" price of 70p (but with a larger bag than almost any other noodles I tested) - Nongshim's Shin Ramyun. It's on the very spicy side so use less of the powder if that concerns you - I fill my bowl with a lot of water so that tends to dliute the spice intensity somewhat. If it's still too spicy, try the Kimchi variant (Tesco has either version - no MSG in either too) which is much milder.

Heat added, everytime I go to Iceland they're either 2 for £1 or 5 for £2

These are tasty but you should watch the saturated fat in them, most have around 60% of RDA....quite shocking really. I stick to the low-fat version and stock up when they are on offer :man:

Agree with the curry ones, they taste awful now. Heat, these are the only noodles (and only the chicken ones) that my kids will eat!

I used to really like the curry ones, must have changed the recipe at some point as i find them vile now unfortunately.
