I'd stopped going to that Morrisons ages ago cos I was always getting overcharged for things and then when I complained at the customer service desk they never even said sorry. I went today for the Ariel just because I was passing. :smiley:

Unless you're really convinced it's so much better (TBH I find most of the time clothes just need a freshen up) I'd stick to own brands or the likes of Muvo from Home Bargains. Still cheaper than these.

Just been into Wisbech, Cambs branch and still charging £4.00 bottle. Spoke to a staff member and apparently it's a head office error and should not have been shown as being reduced. Price is £4.00 unfortunately s o save yourselves a trip!

Picked up 8 and whilst walking out, realised I'd been charged £4 each. Went to customer service advisor who called someone else, who said that someone had messed up as they were supposed to be reduced to £4. Long story short, they overrode my £4! Thanks OP

I purchased 10 at the Reading branch, they are advertised at £1.96 each although they scanned in at £4. I notified the cashier and they checked and agreed to the £1.96 although they said it was truly a pricing error! Grab them whilst you can!

Big brand names that are well overpriced to start with, Go to Aldi and for £1.95 you can get a Almat 25+ wash bottle that washes as well as the big names.

In Killinghworth it's advertized at 4£ so I guess I can't do anything about it

not at my local store. it says £1.96 on one of the shelve in the aisle and the it say £4 on the shelve at the end of aisle. it scane at £4 and the lady at the self check out will not give me it at £4 as she says it cannot be that cheap. so i just left them and leave. another scam

It had that price at Beverley do I got 2, but when i got to the till they charged me £4 each, went back to the shelf and they had removed the ticket, wouldn't give me it at that price either, do got my money back.

Northampton store had a price £1.96 in the shelf this morning and we took 18 of them,there was loads left. The cashier then said the price is incorrect and we can't have them . After a long wait and conversation with a store manager they honoured the price but removed it straight after from the shelf and online. Few morw customers had the same problem .

This is getting stupid heat considering how many people are getting the price reduction rejected!

I went into the Loughton store and picked up 8 of them. cashier looked surprised but I bought them with no issue. I thought it was to good to be true so I went in at 8am lol. thanks op. I just wished I picked up more

currently at a reduced price of £4 in the newquay store and a refusal to drop further. can only assume it's only this price in stores that do online shopping which newquay doesn't

just rang Leighton Buzzard branch and Houghton Regis Branch. Both say it is selling and scanning for £4. The price at £1.97 was a 'mistake'. Good luck if you can buy at that price!

I tried Weybridge but scanning in at £4

Went to Doncaster store around 8.30 this morning, stated £1.96 shelf price, took 12 to the check out and asked lady to check price, came up at £4.00, told her says £1.96 on shelf, sent someone to check in office, came back as £1.96 so reduced at till - walked out with 20 - good stuff.

Redditch store says £4 from £6.97, no mention of the £1.96. Got a staff member to price check and scanned at £4.

Watford branch is showing 2 prices. £4-00 on end of isle & £6-97 on laundry shelf. Goes through till at £1-96, but only allows 2 per customer ! Have to RE-VISIT ? ? ? Worth the hassle with saving of £10-02 discount each till visit ! ! ! Loads on the shelves.

Went into Morrisons in Holyhead today, got the last 12 bottles and they took it off the shelf saying e mail received off head office saying this offer was a mistake.

A price glitch should be £4 and now amended in most stores and online

I just got 5.. All scanned in at £4 at 2 different stores in Shepherds Bush and Wimbledon. Both changed the prices as a few staff an management knew about the promotion! Result!!

If it shows up £4 just get them to change it.. Nothing to be red faced about! Or have the promo from the website on your mobile to show as proof! Done deal!

Why is this deal expired? This deal is still live and working.. They all seem to scanned at £4 until you get them to change it! And management know about it!

Mine scanned at £4 and I had a woman practically shouting at me that it would never be that price and i was already getting a better deal than I was meant to, dont exactly see how but you know. I said can you change it but she very rudely said "well i can't do anything about it".

I just got 20 bio and 12 colour after it said expired. The girl at the checkout put them through for me no problem. Self scan had a customer limit of two but the girl took me to a checkout. RESULT!

I did an online shop this morning and they went through fine in my basket at the reduced price. However, I just tried to amend the delivery slot and received the message that they had been removed from my order and total order price amended.

Also, I've been into store this morning and they scanned at £4.00, and I was told that is the correct price and it can't be changed at the till.

It's the usual Morrisons screw up. I have been let down countless times when looking for their offers only to find them not in store. The customer service is unbelievably awful too.

There is also a £1 coupon for this making it just 96p!coupon for £1 off

there were 3 other people there at the same time as me all asking why it was showing as £6.97 when it was £1.96 online and all he would say is, he's never even been on the website in his life, but the offers online are for delivery orders only, and we couldn't have them because they don't deliver. The girl I asked first said they had had dozens of people in all day asking why they were overcharged, and quite a few had said they were going to do their shopping in the new aldi over the road cos they were sick of seeing advertised offers either out of stock or being overcharged for them. You would think they would try to keep customers, as its definitely quieter since aldi opened!

chatting with online advisor and he has confirmed this is a pricing error and they have been removed from online sale until corrected.

Used to use these gels until it made my washing machine small really bad because they contain no bleach and washing at 30 lets all the bacterial build up. Only use the powder version now.
