If you'd like to stand out a bit whilst on a bike and not get too warm, a gilet/vest like this is ideal. Once you've arrived at your destination just fold up it super compact like and you can shove it in a pocket.
Waterproof jackets, wind proof jackets and jerseys, bought 1 of each. Altura sizing is relatively normal for those inerested

They probably also sell a range of quality tools that no respectable professional would ever consider buying or using.

regarding the deal - said it before, will say it again, reflectives are where it's at for very low light and dark situations. Use reflective bands on your head or helmet, and on your ankles. The brain subconsciously recognises bio-mechanical motion before your conscious. That means, somebody will have noted a human up ahead before they know they have

guys guys - we can all point to rubbish driving on the roads. Let's not bore everyone with "anecdotal" stories that are rather tired stereo-types.
I can guarantee that if you wait at a junction, you will see a car sneak through a red rather than wait. I can also guarantee that you will see somebody on a bike do the same. They are both wrong. And there are thousands of their types who do not run that red light.
If there's one thing I hate, it's the reaction of someone who simply says "well, they all run red lights!" I don't, and, even if I did, you still don't have the authority to put me in grave danger for no reason other than you want to get past etc.

A white circle with a red border and a number in the middle means DON'T GO FASTER THAN THIS.
The white strip at the edge of a bike path means CARS DO NOT CROSS THIS LINE UNLESS YOU *HAVE* TO
The Highway Code says GIVE A BIKE THE SAME AMOUNT OF SPACE YOU WOULD A HORSE WHEN YOU OVERTAKE.
So your point is that cyclists are people, and people ignore rules when they think they can get away with it? That's not terribly insightful.
