I hardly ever buy strawberries for said reasons. Love then though if they are nice and ripe.

I have found Aldi strawberries to be unripe. The top half is usually still white and they are hard, not juicy.

Taste delicious? It'll be the first time imported strawberries have tasted that good. Any chance you will be offering a money back guarantee on that claim?
