for Fast Track collection you have to pay ONLINE only- you can not pay in store at all when using Fast Track option- don't know about Quickpay and how it is related to buying mobile phones online via Fast Track.

Argos website is listing wrong specs as usual, it is a 2G phone only, not 3G, has no wifi as listed on argos and the camera is 2MP not 3 .Still a good buy for £10, love flip phones myself and as someone stated earlier cheap to unlock via ebay.

17 Feb 16#14
Great price but I would miss having a secondary screen on this flip phone (so you can see who's calling before answering, quickly see the time etc.) Alcatel did some cheap flip phones with a secondary screen before. Still a good price.
this mobile is store collection only. no fast track option.

Fast Track works for collection in store as well and it is free, if you go for reservation and do not pay online straght away then it won't work and you'll have to pay £10 topup in store

Ironically phones are slowly migrating back to these sizes every so often?, so .....
Lots of 'Classics' from the early 1900's & the like are coming back into fashion now also (wayyyyyy before the time of a few on HUKD here today, myself included), but yet ..... stands to reason I guess that phones from only a handful of Decades ago will inevitably soon follow suit as well at some point too, huh?. :-)

I did it through fast track and it worked so only paid 4.99 as had 5 gift voucher therefore didnt need to get a top up

18 Feb 16#21
can someone explains about the "top up required"? does it mean I will have to buy it once I go to pick up the phone? I was able to reserve it at £9.99
rehana12 to bobo53
18 Feb 16#22
Well i used the fast track service so paid for it now therefore when i go to the store they should technicaly just pass it to me as ive already paid
tyr to bobo53

you should pay online to avoid topup. If you reserved item for pickup- they will ask you for topup 100%

The Smart 6 is a Smart Phone (& an Android Smart Phone at that?), whereas what the OP is advertising is neither (& runs off of its, own more purpose-built OS too).
They're 2 different 'Animals', like comparing a Rolls Royce to a Mini Cooper?, yes they'll BOTH get you from A to B, but they're clearly 2 different 'Beasts'?.
So kind of depends on the flavour you want to run with?.
If Android then the Smart 6, if Flip then the OP's, & if ..... :-)
in the advert he is also asking to provide IMEI and provider ID, do we need to do that? not even sure which numbers to provide. EXCUSE ME, is this good for T MOBILE or does unlock anything??
Thank You

Unfortunately with some Phones yes!, as needed to do that same thing for a 'Locked' Smart Phone I bought last year, & alllllll this same was asked of me too?.
The Details you require are either on your Phones Retail Box (if you still happen to have access to it still?), &/or under your Phones Battery (when you pull your Phones Battery from the Phone itself!), the 'Battery Option' MAY prove an a$$ IF its in Phones like an HTC M8, iPhone & the like, where ALL their Batteries are 'Sealed' within the Body of the Phone itself, etc?.
The Phone in the OP's Deal is not Sealed, so simply removing the Battery etc should reveal allllll (as its clearly Identified as as such, eg. Serial Number is ..... &/or IMEI Number is also .....
Enjoy. :-)

Thank you but my question also was if the link provided is also good to unlock to T MOBILE. The advert does say from verginmedia to Vodafone. Or am I misinterpreting it? I am sorry not familiar with this stuff

No problem, I don't see why not?.
After all, the current EE is the FORMER TMobile & Orange combined right?, & prior to them 'merging' MOST TMobile SIM's worked in Orange Phones & visa versa anyway?, so .....
And Virgin piggybacks off of the former TMobile Network/Backbone anyway too!, & alllllll (apart from Orange that is?) are mentioned there in the List within that Link anyway?.
So shouldn't be too much of a big to unlock it regardless?.
Anything beyond that, I'll say its best to PM the Seller to clarify all/such for you perhaps? (to be 100% sure, etc?). :-)

just spotted that if I use one of our vergin media sim, it takes advantage of our vergin media broadband automatically and suppose to do the same with any verginmedia hotspot and for free. I do not get anything at all with the T-mobile sim. No settings at all to find any wifi at all in the way we mean, so it does not do it I must assume.
Any news welcome please

I just purchased 1 from Dalston branch.
I can confirm:
£9.99 without needing topup if used fast track only payment method.
it is 2G not 3G
No Wifi
Not Android
Sim comes activated as soon as put inside phone. Does not need topup to receive calls.

unlock key from mobunlockingmaster bought, entered and working in 2 minutes
Buy just 3 of these via Argos Fast Track, sell 2 of the to CEX for £34, & effectively KEEP the third Phone for yourself as your now newly found freebie! ( + £4 change in your pocket to boot too!).
Yep, irony indeed ..... :-)

Picked one up yesterday, unlock code came within 5 minutes of me ordering and all up and running.
for £9.99 + 99p for unlock code you can't go wrong for a cheap basic back phone and it does look quite stylish in its Metallic look dark brown casing.
